[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] is committed the privacy of its members and customers and observes the law "Act on promotion of information and communications network utilization and information production, etc."

■ Personal information collected by [The Korean Association for Radiation Protection]

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] may collect personal information such as the following:
ο Information items: ID, password, name, affiliation, phone numbers, e-mail address and nationality
ο Method for collecting information: Joining the membership of the website

■ Purpose of collection and use of personal information

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] collects personal information to manage the members: to identify the members, to confirm the joining of membership, to send information via e-mail.

■ Period of possession and use of personal information

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] will delete the collected information without exception after its purpose has been achieved.

■ Method and process of deleting personal information

The method and process of deleting personal information are as follows.

ο Process of deleting
The personal information which is collected in joining the website is transferred into a separate DB, and it will be deleted after a certain period of time upon our policy and the related laws and regulations.
The personal information in a separated DB will not be used without laws and regulations.

ο Method of deleting
The personal information in the form of electronic files will be deleted not to be reproduced.

■ Supply of information

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] does not supply personal information of it members in principle.
However, there are exceptions as the following:
- In case that members agree to supply.
- In case that investigation agency request upon the related laws and regulations.

■ Outsourcing of collected personal information

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] does not outsource members' information without members' agreements.
In case outsourcing is needed, [The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] informs members whose and which information is outsourced and collects agreements of members.

■ Rights of members

Members can refer and modify their person information and can request the termination of their joining.

■ Matters on setting, operation and refusal of automatically collecting device of personal information

[The Korean Association for Radiation Protection] does not operate any programs to collect personal information which is created automatically, when one use internet services like cookies.

* Please check 'group payment' from the above if your organization is in charge of processing a group payment. The payment will be transacted after an internal deliberation between our secretariat and your company.

* The registration fee includes all of fees for the symposium, coffee break, and lunch.
* Please note that on-site rates apply if you wish to register in advance, but pay on the day of the event.
