Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Secretariat via e-mail only. The refund policy is as follows:

| 14 days after registration – August 21 | 80% of the registration fee |
| August 22 – October 18 | 50% of the registration fee |
| October 19 onwards | No refund |
